Based in Central Vermont, I work with organizations that choose to operate - and grow - in places where the work is meaningful, but not always easy. Rural and small-market businesses face a different set of challenges than those in major cities: constrained talent pools, leadership transitions, and the need to do more with less, all while staying rooted in community. I have built my career around helping teams navigate challenging contexts, staying grounded in sticking to the basics and building a strong foundation of strong operating principles.

My professional background spans professional services, education, nonprofit leadership, and software (SaaS, specifically). Over time, I found myself increasingly advising business owners struggling to scale thoughtfully, mature their operations, or prepare for what comes next. Green Mountain Ops grew directly from that work.

Many organizations in our New England region are at a crossroads. As founders and long-tenured leaders begin to success plan, they often encounter gaps in leadership capacity, organizational structure, and change readiness. Progress stalls not because the mission is wrong, but because the systems and teams have not been built to support the next chapter.

That is where I come in. I work alongside leadership teams to create clarity - through discovery, honest assessment, and practical execution. Together, we identify strengths to build on, gaps that need attention, and the highest-impact opportunities to move the organization forward. My experience includes partnering with executives, people leaders, and go-to-market teams to design operational foundations and corporate strategies that are both disciplined and realistic for the environment they operate in.

I believe strongly that how we work matters as much as what we deliver. The discipline, resilience, and patience I bring to my clients are shaped as much by my life outside of work as my professional experience. When I am not working, you will find me in the mountains - cycling, skiing or running. These pursuits reinforce a mindset I bring into every engagement: steady progress, clear communication, respect for people, and a bias toward action. I take the work seriously, but I also believe there should always be room for perspective, humility, and the ability to laugh along the way.
